The #1 Reason You Need To Come To FORWARD III

Well, I’ll tell you why. Back when I was starting out implementing RPA, I got a call from a woman named Marie Myers, who needed help with her RPA program. She was the global controller for HP at the time. She had just inherited the RPA program when she read a book that I had written a piece for and found my name. There were problems with the RPA program that she needed help with, and I had experience with RPA, so I went up to HP and helped them out a bit. A few problems later I was offered a job at HP to take over their automation program and I took it.

When I got to HP, I brought in people from several top RPA companies to test them and see which platform we were going to automate with. There were a few top contenders, but the RPA engineer from UiPath impressed me, and that was a big reason why we went with UiPath. Then, I brought in people from UiPath to help us start and they trained employees at HP while helping us set up our first few Robots. I implemented 224 Robots in a little over a year at HP before coming to UiPath.

In an industry that’s all about robots, it takes a lot of people to achieve success and that is what made me successful in RPA implementation. Marie Myers needed a person to come and be there to help. I needed to talk face to face with different RPA companies and we later needed people to come in and help us get started. The people around us made all the difference and that’s why you need to come to FORWARD III.
