FORWARD + TechEd is three-and-a-half days of inspiration, exploration, and connection with fellow groundbreakers immersed in the promise and practice of using automation to fuel digital transformation.

FORWARD + TechEd is open to customers, prospective customers, sponsoring and invited partners, industry and financial analysts, members of the press, and UiPath employees.

We have three pass options this year to accommodate all interests.

Option 1: The FORWARD (October 21–23) conference pass gives you access to all FORWARD sessions, Expertsville, the Welcome Reception, the Automation Celebration, and all hosted meals. FORWARD will showcase how UiPath customers are transforming with AI.

Option 2: The TechEd (October 23–24) conference pass gives you access to TechEd sessions, one day of Expertsville, the Automation Celebration, and all hosted meals. TechEd, in its second year, will provide attendees with an in-depth exploration of the UiPath Platform including our roadmap, cutting-edge features, along with hands-on learning opportunities.

Option 3: The FORWARD + TechEd (October 21–24) conference pass gives you access to FORWARD and TechEd, providing both the business and technical education of transforming with AI.

The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses. You can book a room at a reduced rate through our hotel room block for MGM Grand Hotel when registering through our Passkey tool.

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When registering, please select your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. Please note, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Only conference attendees can attend the Automation Celebration. To access the event, you will need your conference badge.

To register for FORWARD + TechEd, please visit the registration page. Payment is by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). Please make sure you register using a business email address.

Credit card is the only payment option when registering for the conference. In addition, we are not able to split payments between two credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

For a receipt, please contact us at forward@uipath.com or by clicking on the "Contact the Organizer" button found in the "Your Registration Details" portion of your registration confirmation email.

You can change your registration information by clicking on the “Manage Registration Details” button in your registration confirmation email.

All registration cancellations can be made by clicking on “Request Cancellation” button found in the registration confirmation email you received.

Please note that cancellation requests received AFTER October 19, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, will not qualify for a refund. Cancellation requests received BEFORE October 19, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, will qualify for a refund minus an administration fee of $6 US dollars. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.

Our payment processor will process the refund amount to your bank or card issuer within 5–10 business days.

No, you cannot transfer your registration to another person. If you can’t attend, please cancel your registration.

Unfortunately, we cannot add a second email address to your registration.

The FORWARD + TechEd mobile app will be available mid-September.
To sign into the event mobile app, you will need to use the email you registered with.

You are responsible for making your hotel reservation. You must book your room through the Passkey tool. We provide a link to the Passkey tool during the registration process. Please note the last day to book your hotel room at the discounted rate is October 4, 2024.

Yes, we have a limited number of reduced-rate rooms at MGM Grand Hotel, so please make sure you reserve early. You can book your discounted hotel room at MGM Grand Hotel after your register. You don't need a special code.

You must reserve your hotel room by October 4, 2024, to take advantage of the discounted room block we have at MGM Grand Hotel. Please note, we have a limited number of rooms, and we cannot guarantee reduced-rate rooms will be available at the time of your booking.

Yes. A credit card is required to reserve your room. At check-in, you must present an ID that matches the name on your credit card.

Yes, the hotel charges a deposit in the amount of the first night room rate on the reservation. There is an incidental fee charge of $100 per night, up to $400. The deposit will be returned to your credit card at checkout. A standard resort fee of $45 plus tax per night will be charged at the time of the occupancy. The resort fee includes property-wide high-speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space, and in guest rooms), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and access to The Spa Fitness Center (for guests 18 and older). For more details on resort fees and deposits, please reach out to the contact center at 855-788- 6775.

Wi-Fi is included with the mandatory resort fee of $45 plus tax per night.

All reservations will be confirmed via email. The email confirmation sender will be Info@cvent.com or a no-reply email address from MGM/Passkey.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm PT and standard check-out time is 11:00 am PT. For more info about your stay at MGM Grand Hotel, please visit their site.

You can change your hotel reservation through Passkey. Once you're in Passkey, click on "Manage Existing Reservation." Type in your confirmation number and email address and then click on "Manage Reservation."

If you would prefer to speak with someone, please call the contact center at 855-788-6775 with your confirmation number. You may also make changes by clicking "modify" in your confirmation email.

You can change your reservation in three ways: 1) through Passkey; 2) by calling the contact center at 855-788-6775 (you will need your confirmation number and last four digits of the credit card on file); or 3) by clicking "modify" on your confirmation email. The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to check-in. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty at the hotel's discretion.

You can reserve a room at our discounted rate from October 20–25. We have a limited number of rooms in our room block and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. MGM Grand Hotel manages their other inventory, and they can help you in finding rooms outside our room block.

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. Any reinstatements are subject to hotel availability. MGM Grand Hotel recommends arriving by 11:59 pm PT to avoid a no-show deposit fee.

MGM Grand Hotel will try to accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, guarantees cannot be issued.

Harry Reid International Airport is the closest airport to the hotel. There are several transportation options from Harry Reid International Airport to the MGM Grand Hotel:

If you are driving to Las Vegas, MGM Grand Hotel offers parking for hotel guests at an additional fee. Details and pricing are available on their website.

The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a blazer or a sweater for your comfort, as it will be air-conditioned indoors.

Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times to access all areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees. If you lose your badge, please visit the registration area for assistance.

You can meet experts at specified times on both Tuesday, October 22 and Wednesday, October 23.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area during FORWARD + TechEd for all attendees.

Yes. You will need your ID to pick up your conference badge during registration hours.
