Throughout the day, we showcased how our collaboration with SAP reduces costs, mitigates risks, and expedites transitions to SAP S/4HANA by leveraging AI-powered automation at every turn.
Our booth provided a vibrant space where attendees engaged in demos, interacted with our subject matter experts, and connected with our dedicated sales team.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly our sponsored customer presentation by Heidelberg Materials, who captivated the audience with their session.
The presentation detailed how they revolutionized quote pricing with UiPath and Peak AI, saving thousands of hours yearly, boosting margins, and enhancing conversion rates. Attendees also gained insights into their AI-driven supply chain efficiencies that complement their SAP ERP system.

What a great start to SAP Sapphire 2024! Here are some highlights from day one of our UiPath presence at the event:
Tapestry's automation journey with UiPath and SAP solutions
One of the most exciting sessions of the day was the customer keynote theater session featuring Tapestry, a leading global house of modern luxury lifestyle brands. In this session, Tapestry revealed how they used UiPath and SAP solutions to create a scalable automation framework that streamlined their end-to-end processes, from finance and accounting to supply chain and customer service.
They also shared how they improved efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across their iconic brands, such as Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman, while reducing costs and risks. Tapestry's automation journey showcased the power of UiPath and SAP collaboration to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
Live demos, networking, and expert presentations
Our booth was the place to be for live demos, networking, and expert presentations. We demonstrate how the UiPath Business Automation Platform can help you migrate to SAP S/4HANA faster and easier, automate seamlessly across all SAP systems, and apply AI everywhere. We also introduced our Solution Accelerators, which are prebuilt automation packages that offer unprecedented time to value and innovation for common SAP scenarios.
We had the opportunity to meet and interact with many attendees who were eager to discover more about our offerings and how they can benefit from them. And we hosted a series of presentations at our expert bar, where our UiPath industry experts in AI-powered automation, public sector, and life sciences, as well as our reseller and GSI partners, shared their insights and best practices.

Day two of SAP Sapphire was another exciting and insightful day, full of inspiring stories and expert knowledge on how UiPath is transforming business automation with SAP.
We had two theater sessions and four sessions in our booth at our expert bar, where we heard from our subject matter experts and GSI partners on how UiPath, SAP, and our partners are enabling businesses to achieve new levels of efficiency, agility, and innovation with AI and automation.

We heard from UiPath, SAP, and Deloitte on how UiPath switched to a clean core ERP with SAP S/4HANA cloud. Mihai Faur, CIO & SVP Finance at UiPath, shared how UiPath applied automation, integration, and process simplification to run its business in an agile cloud model.
Maura Hameroff, SVP, ERP Product Marketing at SAP, questioned Mihai about how SAP S/4HANA Cloud delivered a flexible, AI-driven ERP solution that could adapt to changing business needs. Aditi Gupta, Business Transformation and AI Leader at Deloitte, described how Deloitte supported UiPath in achieving its digital transformation goals with UiPath and SAP.
Conagra Brands: Transforming the food industry with UiPath automation & SAP
In this session, we learned how Conagra is transforming the food industry with the AI-powered UiPath Business Automation Platform, revamping crucial SAP processes to deliver significant cost savings, and refocusing on advanced analytics across their 40+ North American plants.
Rahul Sualy, Senior Director, Automation, business intelligence and analytics, Enterprise reporting and development at Conagra Brands, shared how automation has been central to Conagra's transformation strategy, enabling them to streamline operations, improve customer service, and enhance decision making.

The UiPath booth was the place to be on day two of SAP Sapphire! We showcased our vision of "To the cloud and beyond" to the attendees, and demonstrated how the UiPath Business Automation Platform and AI-powered solutions can make their journey to SAP RISE a breeze, and how they can unlock hidden value across the entire enterprise with our technology. We had live demos of the UiPath Platform in action, and our joint solutions for various industries and use cases.
We also enjoyed networking with the attendees and learning about their stories, challenges, and aspirations. It was a great day of sharing and learning at our booth! Our booth experts amazed us with their presentations on how UiPath and SAP can help you automate any process, anywhere, with AI. They showed us how UiPath and SAP work together to provide solutions for end-to-end process automation, supply chain optimization, and decision intelligence.
