Event FAQ

What does the Conference Pass include? 

The conference pass gives you access to all sessions for the 13 June. If you have selected to attend the Together AMSTERDAM event on 14 June during the registration process, you will automatically receive a conference pass eligible for access for the 14 June as well.

The conference pass does not include travel expenses.

Which meals are hosted by the conference?

Lunch, afternoon break and dinner.

Will meals be provided to accommodate my dietary restrictions?

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When registering, please select your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. Please note, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What if I can no longer attend?

All registration cancellations must be requested by clicking on “Request Cancellation” in the Registration Confirmation email you received. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my organization if I am not able to attend?

No, unfortunately you cannot transfer your registration to another person. Please cancel your ticket if you are no longer able to attend.

Can I add another email address to my current registration to receive notifications?

No, unfortunately we cannot add a second email address to your registration.

I did not receive my registration confirmation. How can I get it?

You can have your Registration Confirmation email re-sent to you by emailing us at ce.marketing@uipath.com.

What form of payment is accepted for EMEA Customer Advisory Board?

EMEA Customer Advisory Board is free of charge.

When is the agenda going to be published?

The detailed agenda will be provided by the EMEA CAB organization team in advance to the event. For updates please reach out to ce.marketing@uipath.com.

On-site FAQ

Will there be parking available?

You can park your car at Minerva Parking garage next to the theater at no charge. Please make sure that you get a ticket when you drive in, and you validate the ticket with the clerk at the cloakroom. The parking spots are limited, and it’s a first come first served policy.

Please note that the clerk can NOT validate tickets for Vicky Parking or any other parking garage.

Which airport should I fly into, how can I get there?

Amsterdam Schiphol is the closest airport to Amsterdam and our venue. You can also choose to travel by train or car—our venue is located very close to the center of Amsterdam.

What is the dress code for EMEA Customer Advisory Board?

The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort as it will be air conditioned indoors.

Will I need to wear my conference badge at all times?

Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times to access areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.

If you lose your badge, visit the Registration area for assistance.

Will Wi-Fi be available during the conference?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available during event for all attendees.

When and where can I pick up my conference badge? What are the registration hours?

You can check in at the designated registration area starting at 11:30 AM on 13 June. Please check the EMEA Customer Advisory Board agenda page for more details.
