The conference pass gives you access to all sessions for the 13 June. If you have selected to attend the Together AMSTERDAM event on 14 June during the registration process, you will automatically receive a conference pass eligible for access for the 14 June as well.
The conference pass does not include travel expenses.

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When registering, please select your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. Please note, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All registration cancellations must be requested by clicking on “Request Cancellation” in the Registration Confirmation email you received. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.
No, unfortunately you cannot transfer your registration to another person. Please cancel your ticket if you are no longer able to attend.

You can park your car at Minerva Parking garage next to the theater at no charge. Please make sure that you get a ticket when you drive in, and you validate the ticket with the clerk at the cloakroom. The parking spots are limited, and it’s a first come first served policy.

Amsterdam Schiphol is the closest airport to Amsterdam and our venue. You can also choose to travel by train or car—our venue is located very close to the center of Amsterdam.
The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort as it will be air conditioned indoors.
Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times to access areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.
