Peter Tsahalis joined Wells Fargo in September 2020 as the Head of Strategic Services & Advanced Technology. He leads Strategic Services such as Enterprise Robotics & Intelligent Automation, Digitization Solutions (e.g. eSignature), Customer Relationship Management Core, and Enterprise Content Management, as well as Advanced Technology including Academia & Industry Research Engagements and Distributed Ledger Technology.
Peter has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry with a specific focus on digital transformation and advanced technology. Previously, Peter was Senior Managing Director and Head of Digital Technology at TIAA where he was responsible for enhancing digital offerings by driving modernization across processes and platforms. He has also served as a Managing Director with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch for Mobile and Emerging Technology, specifically in retail banking, retirement, and wealth management lines of business.
Peter lives in Colts Neck, New Jersey, with his wife and two daughters.

In July 2017, Becky Frankiewicz joined ManpowerGroup as the President of ManpowerGroup North America. She brings high energy and passion, coupled with strong P&L experience from a large and complex global business.
Prior to ManpowerGroup, she led one of PepsiCo’s largest subsidiaries, Quaker Foods North America. In that role she was responsible for the $2.6 billion business, leading all functions sales and manufacturing. Under her leadership, Quaker Foods delivered impressive growth as she led the transformation of that brand to be known as America’s ‘best start to everyday’. She was also named by Fast Company as one of the most creative people in the industry, anticipating and adapting to fast-changing consumer demands.
Prior to leading Quaker Foods, Becky held a variety of senior leadership roles at PepsiCo across the portfolio of brands and a variety of countries. Her experience in these roles positions her well to lead ManpowerGroup’s strong and connected brands—Manpower, Experis, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions. Before joining PepsiCo, Becky worked in strategic consulting with Deloitte and Andersen Consulting. She has a great educational track record, with an MBA in finance and a BA in Marketing from the University of Texas, and has also completed executive training at Harvard Business School and IMD Business School in Switzerland.
Becky is dedicated to her family, health and helping others succeed. She currently lives in Chicago with her three daughters Parker, Payton, and Piper. She starts each day with a morning workout and recently completed her second marathon.

Bettina brings to UiPath deep experience based on her time with software companies that varied in scale and stage, from small private startups to Fortune 500 firm Symantec.
