On our UiPath Community Forum, this team is our incredible moderators. They are the champions of collaboration, the problem-solvers, and the guiding lights for members navigating their automation journeys.

Today, we would like to celebrate our eleven moderators: Ganta Lakshman, Divyashree Muddagangaiah, Yoichi Suetake, Balamurugan Shanmugasundaram, Prankur Joshi, Hareesh Madasi , Sandeep Pathak, Peter Preuss, Arpan Bangera, Anil Gorthi, Palaniyappan P - and share with you some snippets about their lives outside the Forum, as well as highlight their incredible work in keeping our community vibrant and engaging.

In 2024, our moderators, alongside the amazing contributions of the entire community, helped achieve 7,742 solutions, a testament to the collective spirit of learning, helping, and growing together. Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding members to resources, our moderators embody the true essence of collaboration and generosity.

Our moderators come from different professional backgrounds, bringing a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to the UiPath Community.

• Ganta Lakshman is a Technology Lead at RPA, leveraging his expertise to drive automation solutions at work while also supporting the forum with his insights.

• Yoichi Suetake works for an ICT company, helping customers solve automation challenges, which makes him well-versed in handling real-world use cases.

• Peter Preuss is a Senior Consultant with a background in enterprise automation, using his industry experience to provide valuable guidance to forum members.

• Arpan Bangera is an RPA expert passionate about optimizing automation workflows. His ability to debug complex scenarios makes him a go-to resource in the community.

• Palaniyappan P. is an automation consultant, streamlining business operations with automation. He loves exploring new solutions and sharing his findings to help others.

• Lakshman Ganta is a huge cricket fan and plays whenever he gets the chance! He also loves traveling, exploring new places, and playing chess—interests that keep his strategic thinking sharp, both on and off the Forum.

• Yoichi Suetake holds a certificate in meteorology—how cool is that? His fascination with weather patterns extends to his love for astronomy and stargazing, where he finds parallels between predicting the skies and troubleshooting automation challenges.

• Peter Preuss once lived in Mumbai, India, for 2.5 months and has a deep love for music. His passion for music has taught him discipline and creativity, qualities that make him a great problem solver in automation.

• Arpan Bangera enjoys solving complex automation puzzles and constantly pushes the limits of technology. He finds excitement in troubleshooting and optimizing workflows, treating each challenge as a new adventure.

• Palaniyappan P. enjoys sharing knowledge through blogs and mentoring newcomers to automation. His dedication to learning makes him a strong advocate for community-driven problem-solving.
