Event information
For a binding registration, please fill out the registration form here. Your registration is not transferrable. If you are no longer able to attend, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email, so we can reallocate the space.
Participation includes access to the event and networking area, as well as all meals and drinks offered during the event.
Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the conference pass.
During the event, lunch will be provided and coffee breaks will include snacks.
The event will be held in English and Finnish.
We will constantly update our program with speakers and lectures. Please visit our Agenda regularly to be up to date.
Location, arrival & onsite
By Public Transport:
Tram and bus stops are right in front of Tripla – south to the Pasila railway station. All commuter and long-distance trains also stop in Pasila. From Pasila it takes about 20 minutes by train to the airport and about five minutes to the city center of Helsinki! Taxi poles are located in front of the Pasila railway station.
The entrance to the mall and station is just below the Black Box. Walk in through the main doors of the station and take the escalator in the main square to the 5th floor. Turn right and continue straight for about 50 meters and you will be at the door of the Black Box. You can also come from the side of the shopping center by going up the stairs from the large Cultural Square. The Black Box is located immediately on the top landing of the stairs on the right side.
Parking:
In Triplaparkki car park there are 2 300 parking spaces on five floors for cars. There is also almost 300 charging points for electric cars.
There is no specific dress code for the event.
Yes, please wear your conference badge during the event. Your badge will also help you to get to know other participants. If you lose your badge, please contact the registration.
Yes, WiFi will be provided for all attendees during the event (subject to change).
