UiPath on Tour brings together automation and AI experts, practitioners, and business leaders from UKI for a unique day of innovation, insights, and connection. Now, we enter the agentic era, this is a particularly important event for you to attend—because we’ve designed it to help you kickstart and accelerate your own agentic automation initiatives.

The event will feature expert and customer presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on experiences across our Keynote Theater, Vision Stage, and Experts Arena—all designed to provide a dynamic and immersive experience. Plus enjoy meals, refreshments, and extended networking opportunities to connect with peers and industry leaders.

Agentic AI is one of the fastest-growing and investment-inspiring AI advances today. Indeed, in a recent study sponsored by UiPath, over 90% of IT executives surveyed were “very/extremely” interested in it, 37% said they’d already started investing, and another third planned to invest in 1H 2025. If you’re among this overwhelming majority, this year’s UiPath on Tour will give you the inspiration, innovation and information you need to speed your agentic automation journey.

UiPath on Tour is open to UiPath customers, prospective customers, sponsors, analysts and media.

The general admission conference pass gives you access to all Keynote Theater presentations, as well as the Experts Arena, Vision Stage and all hosted meals and networking sessions.

The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses.

Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and networking Happy Hour.

We will offer meals that include options for attendees with dietary restrictions (dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To participate in UiPath on Tour please complete the registration form.

All registration cancellations must be requested by clicking on “Request Cancellation” in the Registration Confirmation email you received.

Please note that cancellation requests received after 20 June, 11:59 PM GMT, 2025, will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation requests received before 20 June, 11:59 PM GMT, 2025, will qualify for a full refund, minus a small administration fee (£6).

You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation email within 72 hours.

No, unfortunately you cannot transfer your registration to another person. Please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend.

No, unfortunately we cannot add a second email address to your registration.

You can have your registration confirmation email re-sent to you by emailing us at events@uipath.com. Please be sure to mention that this request is for UiPath on Tour London registration.

Credit/debit card is the only option for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards. Note that we cannot split payments between two credit cards.

InterContinental London - The O2 has limited parking (fees apply; first 30 minutes for free). You may pay for 02 parking directly at hotel reception. Alternatively, you may use NCP Car Park near North Greenwich station, to be paid for directly at NCP. More parking information is here.

Availability for all parking areas will be first-come, first-served.

London Heathrow, London City, and Gatwick are the closest airports to our venue.

The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort as it will be air conditioned indoors.

Yes, you will need to display your conference badge at all times to access areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.

If you lose your badge, visit the Registration area for assistance.

Experts Arena will be open during meals, breaks, and Networking Happy Hour.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available during the event for all attendees.
