On 22 May, UiPath on Tour in Munich brings together automation and AI experts, practitioners, and business leaders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland for a unique day of inspiration, innovation- sharing, and connection.
First there was RPA. Then AI-powered automation extended automation to processes requiring higher cognitive skills. Now we are entering the agentic era: Agentic Automation combines AI agents, automation, and people to perform more complex autonomous business workflows.
Agentic AI is one of the fastest-growing and investment-inspiring AI advances today. Indeed, in a recent UiPath survey, over 90% of IT executives surveyed were “very/extremely” interested in it, 37% said they’d already started investing, and another third planned to invest in 1H 2025. UiPath on Tour has been designed to help our customers establish and move forward quickly with their own agentic automation initiatives.

The event comprises a full day of expert and customer presentations and panels in our Keynote Theater, Innovation Stage and Innovation Arena. Meals and refreshments are also provided. This approach provides a powerful and immersive experience for attendees.
UiPath on Tour is open to customers, prospective customers, sponsors, analysts and media.
The general admission conference pass gives you access to all sessions, Innovation Arena, Innovation Stage and all hosted meals. The conference is free of charge for new and existing customers of UiPath.
The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses.

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions (diary – free, gluten – free, vegetarian) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note, special meals are available on a first- come, first-served basis.
To participate in UiPath on Tour please complete the Registration form. We reserve the right to select participants, and the ones approved will be notified in two working days from completing the application process.
All registration cancellations must be requested by clicking on “Request Cancellation” in the Registration Confirmation email you received after your participation was approved.

You can reach the venue by car or by using the underground - line U6, station "Freimann".
There are 3 different car parks on the MOTORWORLD München site: West car park/underground car park, East car park and "Am Gleiseck" car park. The car parks are subject to a charge based on the actual duration of the parking stay (hourly rate). The maximum daily rate is €15.00. All parking users must validate the parking ticket issued at the entrance via the parking machine by using the several ticket machines on the site.
Availability for all parking areas will be first come first served.
The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort as it will be air conditioned indoors.
Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times to access areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.
